You need to have installed Debian/Unstable. Debian-jr is only on this
branch of the distribution.

Then "apt-get install" some of the Debian-jr packages:

junior-doc 
junior-toys 
junior-arcade 
junior-programming 
junior-math 
junior-sound 
junior-typing 
junior-writing


Or just an "apt-get install task-junior" to get all of them installed
