* Who are we?
eNovance a hosting and managed services company that specializes in
High Performance and High Availability mainly based Open Source/Free
Software.
* Where?
We have offices in Paris (France) and Montreal (Canada). The current
job opening apply for the Canadian branch located in downtown Montreal.
(Metro: Square Victoria).
* Who are we looking for?
As part of our Canadian expansion, we are looking for talented system
administrators / DevOps to be major contributors to the delivery,
reliability and maintenance of our platforms (~95% Debian based). You
will be joining a team of Free Software enthusiasts (including two
Debian Developers and one Debian Maintainer).
* Any requirements?
- Linux/Unix, especially Debian, system administration of high traffic
websites.
- LAMP architecture (Apache, Nginx, Mongrel)
- Scripting: Python, Ruby, Shell Programming, Perl.
- Knowledge in automation solutions: puppet, chef, cfengine.
- Ability to participate to “24/7” on-call duties (only until
midnight, as this task is shared with the Parisian team).
- Good knowledge of networking and routing (iproute, iptables, etc.).
- Strong communication and team working skills.
- OpenStack/Cloud knowledge is a big plus.
