Requirements:
- Debian Mid/Senior knowledge
- At least 5 years PHP 5 and MySQL (hand-coding, with command-line expertise)
- Apache server configuration
- Mysql replication and clustering, db optimization
- Version control: SVN or GIT
- MVC (mention frameworks you've used)
- Templating (framework experience, or Smarty etc.)
- ORMs, e.g. Propel
- Must have at least 3 years' experience with _javascript_, including one of YUI/Prototype/jQuery
- Please tell us how many words per minute you type
Nice-to-haves:
- NoSQL e.g. memcache
- Performance optimization/scalability/availability
- Architecting end-to-end complex services
- Cocoa/IOS/Android
- XHTML/CSS
