Support Roles, Bath, United Kingdom
Afternoon,
At the moment my employer are hiring for some more Support staff,
primarily to fill entry-level roles doing 1st Line Support - we're based
over in Bath with easy commute to Bristol and surrounding areas.
We provide VoIP to a decent number of SMB in the United Kingdom, and our
product portfolio also includes "the usual suspects" in the form of a
shared web hosting service, e-mail hosting, domains/DNS and ADSL.
Our platforms run on Debian GNU/Linux with a smattering of older systems
still deployed using CentOS or FreeBSD.
It is a nice place to work, quite laid back and with friendly
colleagues. Good opportunity to advance internally as we're growing
fast so an ideal opportunity for anyone just starting out, perhaps?
Support Triage: one position, at £13k
1st Line Support: three positions, circa £15-16k

I am not sure the roles are advertised on the site just yet, however
several IT jobs boards (and recruiters) have had the details.
