I would interpret the silence as "no."  The library looks useful,
although having a build-dependency on sbt could be a drawback.  At the
same time, perhaps it will further our capabilities more generally.  :)

Ok, took a couple years but I'm going to try to go ahead with that packaging now.[1] Inputs and advice are always appreciated! :) I just created the (currently empty) repo.[2]
