Non-free components in Geogebra

To whom it may concern,

I am writing regarding the Debian release of Geogebra.

I am trying to understand whether the software is fully free since,
according to its website [1], the language files and the installer
prevent commercial use of the software.

Have those components been stripped when packaging the software for Debian?

Finally, in case my query is misplaced here, could you please direct me
to the appropriate mailing list?
