fop is building (was Re: maven-war-plugin: war in pom ?)

Hi all,

So finally manage to get past mvn building hell, and fop is finally
building. Remaining open task:

1. confirm s/war/jar/ is an acceptable solution:
-> https://salsa.debian.org/java-team/fop/commit/10ce08a2d71d0eee6a0e04f62acaae3e22129b5b
2. build the tests:
-> https://salsa.debian.org/java-team/fop/commit/f9ae8952bf7bc0e063a13d04461793cd6c39360a
3. build the doc
