That can cause breakage as long as both versions -2 and -3 exist
in the archive because the POM is only in -3~ and the originalVersion
property is used for automatic dependency generation.

I haven’t completely understood how everything fits together now;
if the eventual binary package depending on yui-compressor will work
with -2, it’s probably okay.

On the other hand, when you update yui-compressor there will likely
be 2.4.8 or something even larger in it, so that’ll eliminate this
(temporary) issue.

It’s a bit of yak shaving, not voluntarily; Natureshadow wants to
update guacamole which needs new Maven plugins which, in turn, need
these packages. But sure, you’re welcome. I don’t mind helping out
on the occasion that much.
