Note that the repacked upstream orig.tar.gz can can't be uploaded with same upstream version in the package version (everything up until the last '-'; see [0]). Options are to either bump the upstream_version part of the field, e.g. 3.1.1+dfsg2-1, or to repack to the latest upstream version, 3.1.9.
