For Java libraries the -doc suffix is added to the name of the binary
package, that gives libfoo-java and libfoo-java-doc.

To /usr/share/doc/libfoo-java, and the Javadoc goes in the 'api'
subdirectory (so not 'apidocs' as seen sometimes).
