RFS: tomcat-native/1.1.30-1

Hi all,

I updated the tomcat-native package to the latest upstream release and
I'm looking for a sponsor to upload it. This version is required to
enable the native connector with Tomcat 7.0.54. An update of the tomcat7
package tightening the dependency on libtcnative-1 will follow.

Here is the changelog:

  * New upstream release
  * Refreshed drop_sslv2_support.diff
  * Updated README.Debian for Tomcat 8
