This upload includes a new upstream version and an unreleased patch fixing
FTBFS issue with latest eclipse-cdt. Full changelog:

  * New upstream release.
  * Removed d/patches/fix-build-with-cdt-8.2.1.patch
    - fixed upstream.
  * Add d/patches/fix-build-with-cdt-8.3.0.patch (Closes: #749872).

I would be glad if someone uploaded this package into sid for me.
