RFS: libjdom2-java/2.0.6-1

Hi all,

I updated the libjdom2-java package to the latest upstream release and
I'm looking for a sponsor to upload it. This version fixes a build
failure with Java 8.

Here is the changelog:

  * New upstream release
  * Removed unused sample and test files with unclear licensing terms
    (Closes: #741419)
