I updated the wagon2 package to the latest upstream release and I'm
looking for a sponsor to upload it.
Here is the changelog:
* New upstream releases (Closes: #718869)
- Refreshed the patches
- New dependencies on libhttpclient-java and libjsch-agent-proxy-java
* Switch to debhelper level 9
