RFS: libcodemodel-java (update), scannotation, stax-ex, jaxb-api, xsom, xmlstreambuffer

	Hi!

I've been cleaning up a set of packages put together by Ade Lee from Red
Hat that are needed for RESTEasy (itself a dep of Dogtag PKI). Some have
been uploaded already by Benjamin Drung (relaxngcc, rngom, dtd-parser),
but if someone would have time over the weekend to check (some of) these
in then that would be awesome. They are in a rough dependency order,
xsom and xmlstreambuffer need some of the earlier ones to build.

libcodemodel-java (update):

  * New upstream release.
  * control, compat: Bump debhelper to 9.
  * control:
    - Build-depend on junit4, drop duplicate libmaven-javadoc-plugin-java
      build-dep.
    - Bump policy to 3.9.5, no changes.
    - Use anonscm urls.
  * orig-tar.sh, watch: Fix & update get-orig-source.
  * maven.properties: Use UTF-8 encoding.
  * remove-istack-commons-dependency.patch: Avoid bootstrapping issues,
    istack-commons depends on libcodemodel-java.
  * maven.rules: Modify to work with junit4.
  * libcodemodel-java.poms: Add --no-parent for pom.xml to fix the
    build.
  * copyright: Update to 1.0 format and otherwise.

scannotation (NEW):
  git://anonscm.debian.org/pkg-java/scannotation.git

stax-ex (NEW):
  git://anonscm.debian.org/pkg-java/stax-ex.git

jaxb-api (NEW):
  git://anonscm.debian.org/pkg-java/jaxb-api.git

xsom (NEW, depends on librelaxngcc-java from NEW):
  git://anonscm.debian.org/pkg-java/xsom.git

xmlstreambuffer (NEW, depends on libstax-ex-java):
  git://anonscm.debian.org/pkg-java/xmlstreambuffer.git


all should be lintian clean.
