RFS: libproxool-java/0.9.1-7

Hi all,

I'm looking for a sponsor to upload this update to the libproxool-java
package which is FTBFS since the upgrade of hsqldb.

Here is the changelog:

  * Replaced the dependency on libhsqldb-java with libhsqldb1.8.0-java
(Closes: #713158)
  * Transition to the Servlet API 3.0
  * debian/rules: Improved the clean target
  * Updated Standards-Version to 3.9.4 (no changes)
  * Use canonical URLs for the Vcs-* fields
