I've got a hint that JAI {c,sh}ould be replaced by
http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-imaging/
I wonder how large the effort might be to port libpixelmed-java which is
(currently) the only Build-Depends of libjai-imageio-core-java to this
library. If yes, it would make sense to package commons-imaging first.
