I read your email when I was in office, otherwise I would have
uploaded source package to mentors.debian.net.
Meanwhile if you have too much free time, you can take the
.orig.tar.gz from ubuntu repository -
https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+source/jcharts - and take
packaging bits from pkg-java svn. :-) If this is not acceptable then I
will upload complete source package to mentors.d.n tonight.

By the way, what is the usual process when asking sponsorship for new
(not updated) packages? Is it it preferred that the package be
available in mentors.d.n.
