I don't see why I need to have a GUI to convert a bootchart to EPS or
PNG in the first place. But if it does, you should Depend on the proper
packages, or at the very least Recommend them, and then change the long
description of the bootchart-view package to say that it only converts
to SVG unless you install the gtkpeer stuff.
