Comments regarding new BCEL package.

Hi,

I've packaged the new release (5.2) of BCEL. Would you [debian-java] mind
having a look at it to see if it is OK? I've committed the changes in svn
(pkg-java/trunk/bcel). URL of dsc:

(By the way, I'm not looking for someone to sponsor an upload - I believe
I already have a sponsor).

There were only small (ish) changes to the code, but the build.xml has
changed quite a bit - this explains why I had to change some of the
debian/* files.
