Billy Biggs, an SWT developer, is working on producing a separate SWT
source package.

When this work is complete and SWT is its own package, I believe it
would be best to maintain SWT in its own proper Debian source package.

If you would like to expand on the Debian Java Policy violations, I
would be happy to hear them.
