~ My vote would be to get rid of those and to also move away from
Tomcat 4 as soon as possible. The proprietary Sun classes in its source
are problematic for free runtime usage, and I believe that has been
remediated in the 5.x branch. We would probably find moving 5 to main
less problematic than 4. I offer to continue to help with Tomcat in
that effort.
