Is this a new upload?
<URL:http://packages.qa.debian.org/i/icu4j.html> did not show
anything, making me believe that the package is missing from Debian.
If it is, it should close the WNPP requesting the package to be added
to the archive.

I might find time to assist, if you contact me on #debian-java (I'm
pere) to work out the details.  I'm interested in java packages, and
do some java sponsoring already.
