package for libcommons-launcher-java (?)

Hi,
I 'd like to help debian-java packaging some library required by Tomcat 5.
I made a package for commons-launcher, I hope it can be useful... this 
is my first debian package, please tell me if there's something wrong...

I was able to compile and run some example program only with the Sun JDK 
1.4.2...
