I did change the section.

FOP is now built with Jimi support! I did try and YES! I got the images
in my pdf document!..

But you'll have to download it because the license does not permit
Debian to redistribute it :'( Because of that, FOP will never go to
main.

Another solution would be to ask the FOP dev-team to move from jimi to
another lib for manipulating images.

I don't know if I did it right but I tried to close this 2 years and 132
days old bug ;) Thanks for any help on this task.
