trying to make a new .deb
hi *
i've downloaded so much documentation
(debian-policy,dev-ref,maint-guide,java-policy) that i'm a little bit
confused :)
i'd like to make a .deb of ImageJ (a java based imaging software) i've
downloaded the source (all java files) and the ij.jar.
reading the debian-new-maint-guide the first problem is to use:
dh_make obviously ... there is no makefile :|
so is there some document that i didn't find and i've to read it (or
probably i've not read very well the others) but:
where i've to start to pack it ?
thanks a lot
paolo, hoping to do a good work before the end of the world ;)
PS i've installed:
java version "1.3.1"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build
Blackdown-1.3.1-02b-FCS)Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build
Blackdown-1.3.1_02b-FCS, mixed mode)
and the program work fine with:
java -cp ij.jar ij.ImageJ
java -cp ij.jar:/usr/lib/j2se/1.3/lib/tools.jar ij.ImageJ
in the second case it could also compile dircetly .java plugin
