I reinstalled eclipse:
apt-get remove eclipse eclipse-platform ....
clean /usr/lib/eclipse/plugins & features
apt-get install eclipse
then I clean the .metadata and restart eclipse, so eclipse recreate a new
.metadata, but the error still remain.
