I have this in my sources.list:

deb http://www.mirror.ac.uk/sites/ftp.blackdown.org/java-linux/debian/ unstable main non-free

seems to work just fine.

Check http://www.blackdown.org/java-linux/mirrors.html for alternative
mirrors. AFAIK these should also have the debs in apt-getable form.

Sadly, no. All of the sites I visited have been restructured, and there's not a Packages.gz to be found... :(
