Looking for valid Jserv configurations (Was: Null Pointer exceptions in servlets since latest Apache/Jserv update)

May be someone could post me his Jserv configuration which enables
FreeTDS access or possibly it might help what exactly I have to
do that my classes can be found.  I'm sorry, but I'm too stupid to
understand Stefan's hint about the wrapper.class :-(.

My /var/log/apache.error.log says:
