Please update debconf PO translation for the package portsentry 1.2-11

Hi,

You are noted as the last translator of the debconf translation for
portsentry. The English template has been changed, and now some messages
are marked "fuzzy" in your translation or are missing.

I will NMU this package on Wednesday February 21st (unless the package
maintainer promises me that he will update it at this exact date).

Please send updated translations before February 20th 23:59UTC. Send the
updates as bug reports against the portsentry package.
