SCIM-Anthy triple dots etc

I've just changed over to SCIM from UIM because SKIM is now in unstable.
With UIM-anthy it was possible to get a line of 3 dots like this … by pressing 
Z + . I think. Other things like arrows could be produced by using Z, but it 
doesn't seem to work with SCIM. 

Any ideas?
