Unfortunately, there's no document in English yet. But,suppose you are
using sid, all you have to do are:
# apt-get install anthy prime uim-xim
$ export LC_ALL=ja_JP.eucJP
$ uim-xim &
$ export XMODIFIERS=@im=uim-anthy
$ application-you-want-to-use&
