ok, questo lo uso anch'io, poiché in stable arrivano più
velocemente le correzione di bug di sicurezza e se il 
pacchetto è ancora alla stessa versione della testing lo
prendi subito

però aggiungerei anche questo:

che è il repository di sicurezza per testing... anche in questo
caso questo repository è attivo durante le fasi del rilascio di
una nuova stable

questo invece io lo commenterei, altrimenti in realtà stai
mettendo unstable... a meno che non hai usato il pinning in
/etc/apt/preferences per non far mai prendere pacchetti da
unstable.
