verifica che sia in ascolto il listner sul server:
# netstat -putan
se c'è, allora prova con telnet dal client
Se il listner è esposto cifrato, allora potrebbe essere
dovuto al fatto che è stato aggiornato il server e non
accetta connessioni con chiper ora deprecati. Se è
questo il problema dovresti aggiornare il client
