Problema con Nautilus da amministratore

Ciao Lista,
Utilizzo Debian 6 Squeeze per AMD64.
Premetto che il programma Nautilus mi funziona bene quando lo utilizzo
da utente normale.
Quando da terminale do' il comando #su seguito da password , e digito il
comando nautilus , non funziona , e mi restituisce questi messaggi di
errore e warning , come posso risolvere il problema ?
Io vorrei soltanto eseguire nautilus da amministratore , perche' devo
copiare dei files su una chiavetta usb , che altrimenti non mi lascia
scrivere e cancellare i files.
