Tra le varie opzioni possibili potresti spostare fisicamente il contenuto della home in /condiviso/home e poi effettuare un mount bind di /condiviso/home in /home, questo crea una vista di /condiviso/home in /home come se fosse veramente in /home e quindi completamente trasparente a tutti i tools però il tutto fisicamente in /condiviso/home.
