Il manuale in effetti dice:
10 The PPP negotiation failed, that is, it didn’t reach the point
where at least one network protocol (e.g. IP) was running.
quindi passo alla seconda domanda: tu usi ppp su qualche altro
protocollo sottostante (pppoe, pppoatm, pptp, altro)?
Immagino di sì, quindi attiva il debug dell'altro strato e vedi che ti
dice.
