interfaccia di rete subito up

Dopo aver messo il kernel 686 la scheda di rete è giù all'avvio e devo 
far if up per tirarla su. Come faccio a farlo fare automaticamente 
all'avvio?
questo è il mio file /etc/network/interfaces
