trasformare XML in HTML

ciao,
mi ineressava trasformare doc XML in HTML, ho seguito questo documento:

ma quando faccio:

openjade -t xml 
-d /usr/local/dbtools/docbook-dsssl/html/ldp.dsl#html /usr/local/dbtools/docbook-dsssl/dtds/decls/xml.dcl 
bookmarks.xml

ho errori tipo:
