Dipende da cosa deve fare il server.
Cmq io ho smesso di usare Stable, in quanto ero costretto a fare molti
backport da testing o unstable...tanto vale usare Testing.
Attualmente ho Testing su tutte le macchine in produzione e Unstable sui
server dei servizi aziendali.
Sinceramente sto avendo pochi problemi anche con Unstable (+
apt-listbugs)
