toccato! hai ragione, di questo mi ero dimenticato; colgo l'occasione per elencare le -uniche- due peroferiche PCMCIA che possiedo :

Scheda multifunzione 3Com 3C562D/3C563D; è una LAN 10Mb+Modem33.6; in XP non viene riconosciuta, è però presente nel database dei driver, installato il driver il sistema dice 'Impossibile avviare la periferica'; funzionava su un NB IBM vecchiotto (Pentium 90)

Adattatore DelkinDDCFFLS1-AD, adattatore da CF a PCMCIA, in XP funziona.

Poi c'è il lettore integrato di SD, che in XP ovviamente funziona, e, sempre dalle proprietà hardware di XP, mi pare di capire che funzioni sempre attraverso il bus della PCMCIA
