apt-get update da problemi

dopo mesi che tutto ma proprio tutto sembrava funzionare:

/var/lib/apt/lists/www.winischhofer.net_sis_debian_unstable_._Release

lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.


pur togliendolo dal sources continua a darmi questo errore,
sapete dove posso mettere le mani?
