Io ho provato a installare usbmgr, e in effetti quando viene inserita la
memory stick si sente un beep, ma il syslog dice:

Ora non saprei cosa fare... Non sono nemmeno convinto che usbmgr faccia
al caso mio, pare che il file di configurazione serva per caricare i
moduli necessari al volo, ma quelli ci sono gia'. Anche se la
descrizione di usbmgr dice:
Description: User-Mode daemon which loads/unloads USB kernel modules
When USB devices connect into or disconnect from a USB hub,
the usbmgr works as the following according to configuration.
.
a) Loads and unloads files Linux kernel modules.
b) Execute file to setup USB devices.
.
usbmgr is available under linux kernel have "/proc/bus/usb".
Quindi sembra che si possa anche eseguire un comando. PEro' prima
bisogna che usbmgr riconosca il dispositivo che viene inserito.
