problemi recupero backup
Su una macchina con Debian 3.0r2 effettuo dei backup su nastro TR-5
con un driver interno HP Colorado 20 Gb.
Utilizzo "tar cvf /dev/nst0 ./archivi" per scrivere su nastro: dentro
./archivi c'è un file compresso di circa 7 GB.
Durante questa archiviazione su nastro non sembra si verifichino
problemi, ma quando vado ad effettuare un recupero con:
"# mt -f /dev/nst0 rewind"
"# tar xvf /dev/nst0"
Il recupero sembra procedere senza intoppi ma dopo aver scritto su
hard-disk circa 1 GB, l'unita' nastro sembra continuare a lavorare,
in realta' non viene scritto piu' nulla su disco fisso e dopo qualche
minuto ottengo a schermo i seguenti messaggi, (recuperato da
/var/log/messages):

E' ovvio che tratta della stessa periferica.
In giro su internet ho trovato vecchi post di errori simili che
parlavano di malfunzionamenti hardware.
Comunque a suo tempo ho provato a scrivere e recuperare file di
dimensioni piu piccole e non ho avuto noie.
Inoltre quando vado a scrivere su nastro sembra funzionare tutto alla
perfezione...
Qualche idea in proposito o anche solo link utili con cui
documentarmi?
