Secondo me il problema sta nel fatto che non fa il *match* della parola lyx, oppure prova a far una cosa #sporca#!
workbench@andromeda:~$ sudo apt-get install lyx*
cioè con l'asterisco (*) alla fine! e prova a vedere come reagisce.
Hai provato a fare un apt-get update?
