Il comando nice esegue un secondo comando cambiandogli il livello di
NICE. Il comando nice non cambia priorità ad un processo esistente.
Quindi tu stai cercando di eseguire una reconda volta X con un livello
diverso di NICE.

Per cambiare il livello di NICE ad un processo esistente puoi utilizzare
il comando renice.
