emulazione scsi per masterizzare
sono un newbie che cerca di masterizzare in linux. ho un liteon 24x
(gran mast e costa zero) ide, naturalmente.
ho installato mkisofs, cdrecord e il frontend gcombust.
poi è venuto il problema dell'emulazione scsi (è l'unico sistema per
usare i mast ide a quanto ho visto).
ho caricato il modulo ide-scsi con modconf e aggiunto in lilo
append="hdb=ide-scsi"
già che c'ero l'ho fatto anche per il DVD (hdc(.
al riavvio le due unità sono riconosciute come scsi:

Il problema è, ancora prima di masterizzare, che non mi funzionano più i
montadischi(applet) e non riesco a montare i cd con
mount -o ro -t iso9660 /dev/hdb
insomma non riesco a usare il cd!
ho provato cambiando fstab ma niente.
sicuramente è una cretinata... cosa devo fare per montare i cd? è
cambiato qualcosa ora che sono in emulazione scsi?
devo montare il dev sr0?
