Mancava proprio il pacchetto di Docbook.... Non avevo fatto caso al fatto
che si "compilava" la documentazione ufficiale di Postgres, che usa lo
standard Docbook, e non quella Debian che ne usa un altro.
Grazie lo stesso, e` stata un'impresa... uff
