non so in che pacchetto sia ma io l'ho sempre avuto su tutte le
debian installate ... (magari e' dentro sendmail.deb ;-) )

quindi postmap e' l'equivalente di makemap ...
bello, due comandi diversi che fanno la stessa cosa :))
hai provato allora a dare
postmap hash /etc/aliases.db < /etc/aliases
oppure solo
postmap /etc/aliases.db < /etc/aliases
;-)
sorry ma non uso postfix e non ho voglia di installarlo
per vedere le differenze da sendmail ;-)
