And it is not economic, because you need two contracts für the card  and
most of my users are using O2 (my contractor) Prepayed cards which  then
will be quiet expensive.

Are kernel modules for both card usages available in the router?
Are they available under linux? what happens if you push the card to USB on some linux machine?
